We had a lovely experience meeting \the boys\ of Treeside farm. We began our afternoon trek by getting to know our new best friend. The idea behind this is so your alpaca feels comfortable with his new leader before setting off but they seemed to want to get more acquainted with the juicy leaves on the bramble bush. LOL. Once introductions are over we then set off on our stroll down a tree and hedge lined bridle path. It was a very pleasant amble with several stops so the alpacas could have a quick munch to keep them happy. The return journey did go much quicker and I wonder whether the tasty bowl of food that they all get at the end of the trek had anything to do with that! Our hosts were very friendly and imparted much information about alpacas. I feel like I've come home a semi alpaca expert. It was a very enjoyable afternoon's activity and would definitely recommend this experience.

We took our 3 kids along to walk the alpacas. They were lovely looking and really well looked after. Our host was very knowledgeable about the animals and it was clearly an interest of theirs. We had a lovely walk with the alpacas on a cold January morning and everyone had a great time. The kids want to go back.

Had a lovely time walking with Bailey, Bomber, Bruno and of course Chestnut. I booked this as a surprise early Christmas gift for my other half. Really nice walk with the alpacas, very gentle animals and the owner is very knowledgeable about the alpacas. Despite being mid December, the weather was kind. We will return again in the spring for a walk in a different season.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Our host was so knowledgeable and friendly. They're amazing animals and it's such a great way to spend an hour or so - getting to know the Alpaca (Bomber and Bailey are brilliant!) then taking it on a trek through the woodland. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and we'll definitely be returning with friends and family in the future!

We had a really great time there walking the alpacas and chatting with Nigel and Rosanne. The weather was perfect for it too. They’re fascinating creatures and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a bit different to do on the weekend!
