Switalskis Solicitors are the business, when it comes to conveyancing. They assisted us in making our sale very efficiently. They keep their cost down, with some of their colleagues working in South Africa. I would say choose them first, don't go to them, after being referred as we did, through a third party (Homefast). As (here is the word of caution) the third party will charge you 250 (2019 rates) for referring you to Switalskis.
