I wouldn't even give one star. All money went into drain. Had to wait for more than an hour for each appointment (had 2 appointments). No time management at all. No coordination between the hospital and the consultants. Each given false information. The hospital charge me in error and refunded today after a visit. Will never go there again. Expensive service for nothing. Very bad experience.

Had my op in there was a bit noisey on the floor i was on with crash team running up & down the coridors. & person in next room her t.v was loud. Most of the nurses were great except one. :( she was rude & her bedside manner needed improving.

Had an appointment with Dr Chetcuti for my son who has had a recurring respiratory problem since the winter and we were not getting satisfactory answers through A&E visits and our GP. Through taking the time to properly look at my son, fully understanding the history and the treatments that had not worked Dr Chetcuti was able to advise and reassure us on the best course of action. Totally worth the one hour drive and cost involved for such a fantastic consultation.

My husband had a surgery there today and everything went well. The wait was a bit annoying as we seem to have been the last one but having had to be there for 7am (not in theatre till 11.30). One of the negatives is that there is no cafeteria on site so for family members that are waiting it is recommended to bring some snacks with you.
