One of the worst customer service. What is wrong with the women who is at the counter? Telling a customer to take off the mask to check ID for student discount? Isn't that illegal to have someone take off the mask inside the store? Where are the manners?

My order is #3084 1 FRESHASIA Sliced 5.49 1 Frozen bag 2.99 1 Haidilao Mushroom Flavour Hot Pot seasoning (wrong item: Ive received Broth flavour hot pot seasoning) 1.99 1 Liangzhisui HOTPOT Vermicilli 1.20 1 NONGSHIM Onion Flavoured Rings 0.95 1 LOTTE Margaret Buns 2.8 1 NONGSHIM Tempura Udon Noodle Shop 1.25 Its been almost 3 months now and I see other comments saying theyve got same concerns. I even went to shop and ask to the cashier. She only said just call the boss. When are you gonna refund these missing items ??? I did email same issues multiples times but no one emailed me back or call me. This is the first 1 star rating I gave anyone. Be responsible for the error otherwise the store gonna lose reputation and customers.

I shop here often, and the selection and most of the staff are great. However, the older woman who works the till is absolutely vile. I've worked in retail, I get it- it's awful, especially at the moment. I always smile and am polite and all I ever get back is complete rudeness. I've been using Sing Kee for years and this is an issue that I've had the entire time. I'm writing this review today because she near enough snatched my ID from my hand and then rudely told me to move the basket elsewhere, even though she had just put the previous customers basket down next to her. If it was just a one off bad day I wouldn't say anything, but it's every single time. I will still use the shop as it is convenient, but I think I'll give it a miss if she's working.

The best cold coconut bubble tea I've had anywhere! And my favourite salmon sushi rolls In Leeds , only 3.50 for 8 large pieces and 6 with a bubble tea meal deal. We'll worth it! Ample places to sit down to relax or do your work on the laptop too. The supermarket is a little overpriced but i still love shopping there for the new things that come in. They are adding more and more korean things now which I love! I hope they get more in , I love the Japanese items too

Really good bubble tea place and they also do 2 for 1 free Tuesdays! My favourites are Taro and Watermelon bubble tea.
