I had such a great experience at Serenity! Victoria is extremely professional. She went over all the information I needed to know before the procedure and also gave me many opportunities to ask questions. She did a fabulous job on my lips, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me exactly what I asked for! I couldn't recommend enough.

The best! - I was really nervous finding someone to trust after a bad experience with lip fillers. Victoria was amazing, she is so professional and extremely experienced in the field of aesthetics. She talked me through everything which was really reassuring, answered all my questions, she really knows her stuff. She fixed my botched lips really really well - I now have nice natural even lips, yay! The only place I will trust to touch my face! :)

I absolutely love my lips after getting lip fillers here. It was my first time so I was very nervous but I was put at ease by the lovely practitioner who walked me through the whole process and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. My lips look so plump but in a natural way, I couldn’t be happier with the result!!

There is no other place I would recommend. I have been to Good Skin Days (who were fab) and on Call Lane (would not go again!) and Serenity is by far the best! I will be coming here for the rest of my days, even if I moved away from Leeds I will travel to get an appointment with Victoria. The place is spotless, they really know their stuff and you are in the best hands, if you have never had anything done you don't need to worry at all. Victoria is so kind and caring and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your results. She is so completely lovely and add to this their ethics and experience in the industry (you can find it on their website) I am just really so happy I found serenity! PS I don't often write reviews except for small businesses and this is completely my own personal review.

Can I give ten stars? If you want a highly professional and honest service - this is the place to go to! They always follow official regulations for safety, never rush in and out, talk everything through and are very transparent about what products and how exactly they are using them. They have medical qualifications and do not offer dangerous treatments. Lovely experience every time! Cannot recommend more!
