Bought a 10 quid item and got charged 40 - bar code sticker was wrong on the item (suppliers fault apparently) Only realised this at home when wife asked how can a simple item be that much. Selco were happy to refund but no gesture of goodwill for the mistake, which I think is unfair as one could be out of pocket by such negligence. I’m giving it 2* because the lady I dealt with was apologetic about the mistake made, as was the manager.

I'm going here for large sheets of OSB and ply, which they have have a good stock of and cut it accurately on their saw machine. Shop is never busy, plenty of space. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. It's more chilled out than b&q and... there's a cafe!! Apparently they deliver free the day after, if you register with them. What's not to like?
Always used Selco but first time using this branch - great service and strict with their safety protocol, too. Got plenty of sheet materials cut, nice and accurate and really quick.
First class, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for building supplies.
Very unprofessional, abusive and aggressive wagon driver. Please do not send him again he has some serious issues which you need to address. He knows who he is.
