Fantastic surgery with caring and knowledge Doctors and reception staff. Doctors at the practice are empathetic, caring and listen to you as a patient. Reception staff are always helpful and go the extra mile. If you think you can help and improve our practice in anyway, please consider joining the Patient Participation Group as your input will be greatly appreciated.

I recently joined this surgery and I have no complaints regarding it. The staff are clear and concise as well as polite and professional. I can get a prescription in 2 working days which is much quicker than my previous surgery. As well as this; There's a walk in surgery daily which hardly any doctors do. Appointments with doctors are normally available the following week which is very rare. Routine blood tests are given when a new patient registers, another first for me. To those who have given negative comments, a lot of them say the same thing which is they held on the phone for a long time to get an appointment. Just WALK IN to the surgery in the morning and you can see a doctor if you / your child is sick. Just read the information provided! Or call 111 and they can get you emergency appointments, or recommend emergency services. It's common sense, people. Stop expecting the world from medical services that are already stretched thin!

Although the Doctors at this practice seem to know their stuff the shambolic circus that goes on behind them brings nothing to the party. The Practice manager ( ringmaster) really needs a lot more practise at managing it seems she currently couldn't manage to find her way out of a paper bag. Perhaps we are being manipulated into believing its down to NHS Funding but the clowns at the front desk seem to have to split their time in different roles..... initially they'll make you laugh at their absolute and total incompetence then, as you mellow and begin to think its just an act, that nobody could be that bad, they'll growl and you realise you are sat in the lions den. These vicious felines have no intention of letting you achieve what you set out to achieve its part of their fun, their power game. Everything they do is designed to make sure you do not see a professional, the appointments system is run on a cloak and dagger \you've got no chance \ basis. VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR A HEALTH CARE SERVICE. Register at RUTLAND LODGE at your peril , it is dreadful, the staff are shameless and shameful. IN REPLY TO \OWNER\ COMMENT. Worry not, in good time my gripe will become an official complaint and my complaint will become a mission to bring sanity, truth, compassion and reality to organisations funded from the public purse who offer little or none of the services they purport to.

You want feedback? well here is my feedback. I work in the clinical research sector. We conducted laboratory tests for one of your patients and they came back abnormal. Your fax number was engaged all day and tried numerous times to ring you all day but no answer. Altogether must have spent at least an hour on hold. Very bad service.
