Robert Half (RH) approached myself telling me they had a project that suited me very well. I was originally employed on a very short-term basis for around 6 weeks, but my work has only just finished short of two years. Therefore, I would say the job was a perfect match to my skills and professional qualifications. I really enjoyed the work that I was contracted for and so did the client and I met some remarkably interesting people during my time there. I can say that all of RH staff were very professional and helpful in all different situations and if they said they would do something it was done. I have no problem with working through them again or recommending them.

I used this agency a few years ago and was very happy with the type of work they found me, with communication and just generally their service. My consultant was Michael Stevens, but then he left and I was dealing with Victoria Moss who was also very professional and good. When I was trying to re-register with them for the second time I was allocated to Katie Ansari, who was the worst recruiter I ever came across in my career. She had no experience in recruitment industry and just generally no understanding of how professional services operate. For example, she said that she will schedule me an appointment to register with Robert Half for the next day and send the confirmation email with the time and place shortly. I never received this email so I though it is not taking place no more. The next day she called me and ask why I did not turn up. I obviously I did not know where to go! I also did not understand the need to go for a meeting with her when there were no roles matching my search criteria at the time, so essentially it was an absolute was of time. She told me that she was a former model, she should have stuck to that. It was a very good agency in 2018-2019, but the quality of people significantly dropped. Such a shame for such a big international brand. My advice to management, please hire a better quality of staff like Michael and Victoria so the quality of recruitment is consistent at the high standard.

Absolutely seamless and hassle free experience whilst recruiting a junior member of IT Staff. Right from the offset Kelsey and Megan were amazing. Starting off with a thorough briefing session prior to commencing the recruitment process to 10 days later, 5 candidates interviewed and a successful candidate chosen for the role! These guys really took the hassle out of the recruitment process! I would happily recommend and look forward to working with them again in the future.
