Great service and advice as ever. Just buying cables this time but appropriate answers given to any questions. Enjoy shopping here, extra distancing restrictions very effective. Thanks

Very happy with the service that I received. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Always really impressed with Richer sounds, they are always competitive on price and are normally the cheapest but also come with great guarantees not offered by other retailers (I have bought two TVs from this store now and both were the same price as Currys/ao but came with free delivery and 6 year guaranteed. The customer service and follow up from Dean and the team is excellent and their knowledge far outweighs that of any other store as these guys are genuinely interested in their products. Would not go anywhere else.
Excellent service from Chris the manager, high level of product knowledge, friendly yet professional and price match offered. A few of the reasons that my family have used Richer sounds for over 2 decades
I've been buying from Richersounds for years, never go anywhere else, there expertise is second to none, always great on price, every member of staff is pleasant and helpful and you get a 6 year guarentee on products. Highly recommended.
