What I really liked was that there was an old woman who had taken her PC for repair when I walked in. They were handing it back to her and didn't charge her because it was only a very small job which made me think they were extremely trust worthy. Took my PC in for repair, got it back to me the day after all fixed and runs perfectly, really happy with them and fixed it all really quick, guy who fixed it clearly knows his stuff. Very happy.

Needed a new hard drive fitting in a laptop that was showing signs of hard drive failure. Took it into these guys on Thursday at 9.30am. It was all sorted and ready to collect by 2.30pm. James did a great job at sorting everything out and ensuring that all was running smoothly. Good communication throughout and very professional service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.
We work for an Irish arts and cultural charity and brought a slow running laptop for diagnosis and repair on a local recommendation. We called in -masked-and received an immediate cost effective repair diagnosis that was briefly and very politely explained rather than a patronising condemnation of a six year year old machine that we have all possibly experienced! Through no fault of Jim and James there was a Covid-19 supply delay in obtaining the part required.. As soon as the part arrived the repair was carried out and the machine is working better than ever. Great to discover and support an established very well run small local business. Another well satisfied-new-customer!
