The doctors are just being doctors, receptionists ruin the practice failing to send prescriptions to correct pharmacies, too probing about illnesses when ringing to make appointments, phone line always busy resulting in call ending.Now having to update this review after receiving a phone call from the practice manager, firstly she never asked if it was convenient for me to talk which is ignorant in in itself, she then went on to bombard me with questions and dates which I have trouble answering having got brain damage due to a stroke. The call resulted in me having to put the phone down as I was actually being harrassed. Ultimately I still believe the receptions ruin the practice and should not be allowed to badger patients its disgusting

Fantastic surgery. Great doctors and the Ladies on reception are always helpful and sympathetic....forgot cheerful too.

Good doctors at the practice but I have given one star because when I phone the practice I always get line busy no matter what time of day it is I phoned the practice at four and got a answer at 4:45 just simpley because they just don't answer the phone line and it backs up to as high as 12th in the queue not good enough at all.

When you can get into see a doctor the doctors are good but try to make an appointment especially over the phone is a nightmare. It has just taken me an hour to get through started phoning at 8am and it was 9am before I got to speak to a receptionist. Please improve your phone service.
