Great food & service. Really enjoyed our evening at Mumtaz. Impressed with the social distancing measures in place. Temperature taken at the door, staff wearing masks. Our food came out in a timely manner. We had the leg of lamb which is particularly good, the cheese cakes are delicious very luxurious. Looking forward to coming back.

Mumtaz is located at Leeds Dock, so you get a breeze of fresh air when their windows and balconies are open, which was definitely a plus on the sunny day we were there As of food, you will find lots of curry and biryani dishes, as well as plenty of specialities and vegetarian/vegan dishes to choose from. The good thing is that you can choose how hot you want your dish to be (mild, medium and hot). Staff were very welcoming and pretty attentive, even though we saw how packed and busy the restaurant was when we arrived. Social distancing rules were followed and it was good to see sanitisers and a digital temperature checker on arrival! Well done team Mumtaz for creating such an amazing atmosphere at the beautiful Leeds Dock.

Amazing interior, delicious food, staff was lovely. We got Riz as our waiter, and he did a damn fine job. Made my daughter's birthday a truly memorable day. Can't wait for our next visit.

I returned to this restaurant after 5 years and what a makeover not only does this place look a lot better the food was perfect. I’ve given 5stars as the service was fantastic. The menu has got better I enjoyed the starters, mains and dessert. I know some people have said the food is pricey but honestly if you get a good restaurant with good food and service it’s worth it.

Took family of approx 25 ppl during the eat out help out offer. Long queues due to offer and popularity. Left an hour or so later and the queue was even longer than when we arrived. But I can see why. Food was lovely, interior is gorgeous...but what will make me want to come back, is the service. The attentiveness of the staff was fantastic. They were efficient, polite, helpful, courteous and kind. Customer service is a lost art in some areas of this industry but not at Mumtaz. Absolute top notch. I'd give 6 stars if that were an option! Keep it up guys. From a well travelled worldwide food connoisseur!
