Buying the car was easy. However, the after sales service is absolutely terrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would! I’ve lost a lot of money over a car I returned, as it wasn’t fit for purpose. My advice is, steer well clear of Mercedes Leeds.

Went here in order to look at purchasing a Mercedes C220. After 20 minutes of walking around the showroom and paying much Interest into one particular car, was looked at and walked past by many of the sales team. Eventually I was asked if I would like help with anything which was great. I told them the monthly budget, colour and that I wanted to use my part ex only as the deposit and if possible have certain things on the car for the price. They gave me 1 choice of car in a total which was a total different colour to what I asked for, 150 per month over the initial price I wanted it at, offered peanuts for my part ex and asked for a 7000 deposit on top which wasn’t helping me out at all then proceeded to offer me a total different model rather than looking at other options on the C class. I then asked to have a look at prices on possibly a used C class and maybe take one of each (New & Used) out on a test drive for comparison. I was told that I would have to book back for a test drive as she had 5 more minutes until she had something else to do. And then would have to re book me back in for an appointment to speak to the used team. Then to top it all off.. I was then told to make her job easier by looking online at the prices and costs etc and then to return once I could actually afford it baring in mind she knew nothing of what I could or couldn’t afford. Unfortunately for them 2 hours later I signed paperwork for a BMW 4 series where they were more than welcoming and happy to help on pricing and working out costs. On the plus side, they do offer you a great biscuit.
