I visited MSK department today and seen a lovely physiotherapist called Sally, ty Sally so much for the time effort and care u gave me in my appointment. After 3 years struggling with my back, and chronic pain I finally feel hopeful. I have seen a few physiotherapist in this time and by far Sally was the most professional and knowledgeable and this session has helped me so much. Ty Sally

Shockingly bad telephone system. On hold for 40 minutes, worked my way to 3rd in the queue, then stopped being told where I was in the queue which seemed odd. Then the call was connected, but all I could hear was chatting and laughing for a full couple of minutes, then I was cut off. I don't know if this was a technical issue or a staffing issue, but either way it is unsatisfactory. Tried to try again, but was told the queuing system was full and no further calls could be added.
Catch 22 , phones impossible, web site impossible, cut off just before connection. No service.
Phoned up to cancel an appointment. I was kept on the phone over ½ hour, with the repeated message “Your phone call is important, blah blah blah..” When I eventually got to speak to a receptionist, she said that I couldn’t cancel as I was within an hour of the appointment. I politely told her that if they had answered my call when I phoned initially, I wouldn’t be within the 60-minute time limit. A little bit of common sense would go a long way and serious investment in staff recruitment from the practice would go a heck of a long way in providing a service that the folks of Meanwood deserve.
