I wanted to buy the s90 momentum,which looked very nice, the gentleman julian sent the video all fine.soon as i said i will not buy the gap insurance plus the other stuff,thats it i chased for around 9 days.NEVER CALLED ME BACK.I will stick to Mercedes Benz.

Had a warranty issue with my 2019 XC90 hence contacted Marshall Volvo Leeds as I live in the vicinity. Took my XC40 for it’s 1st service yesterday, I have to say what a fantastic experience, having had issues with the dealership that supplied the vehicle decided to take it to Marshall’s, what a completely different experience, received a call from the technician the day before to check the job card so I explained some issues that have been there since purchase, dropping off the vehicle was easy even in these difficult times. Later on I received a text with a link to a video of the visual inspection carried out by the technician explaining issues he’d identified and an explanation of the Action he planned to take to remedy them. Can’t thank the service team enough for how thorough they were. Finally after having the vehicle for 6 months it’s a pleasure to drive. Well done Marshall service team you have restored my faith in the Volvo brand
