A well trained dog would provide a better service than the eceptionists/admin staff\. I went for emergency treatment on 3 January 2019 and paid on card. The admin staff lied and said I didn't pay and they've incorrectly claimed the money from the NHS. I've had threatening letters saying I now owe 171.00 despite me proving several times to Lexicon House that I've paid and them telling me they would inform the NHS Business Services Authority... The NHS business Service are still waiting for contact from Lexicon House ( over a year later and loads of calls later) No idea what would have happened if I'd have paid in cash. They're completely incompetent.

Absolutely appalling service, had a tooth that needed a filling to which they did a temporary filling, been to my actual dentist to be told that when the temporary one was done, he drilling too far down and into my nerve which now means I need a root canal doing which will cost me an extra 62 on top of the original 20 I paid. What makes this worse is that if the root canal fails, I will then be 250 out of pocket for an extraction all because this dentist drilled too far into my tooth.

Was given an appointment through 111 for breathing problems on Friday night 12th July at 9pm. Seen by the female Nurse practitioner on duty who correctly diagnosed AF, irregular heartbeat and fluid on my lungs that two previous GPs had missed. I also had a pulmonary embolism. I am now out after 5 days in hospital and would like to thank her for her quick diagnosis. I can now breathe!!!

Had an emergency appointment for 7pm booked, had to wait 3 hours to actually be seen. The seriousness of my impacted wisdom tooth infection was shrugged off. I desperately needed pain relief and antibiotics. He told me to come back if my infection progressed for another week (it would have been 3 weeks by that point) and if I had a large swelling appear on my face.
