Great service, we have used Jeli Computer repair a couple of times now and the service is always great. He will offer help over the phone where possible and Is very helpful. Identified broken parts in our PC and once replaced , told us what to do to troubleshoot issues over the phone. Will defiantly come back if we have any issues again and would recommend to anyone having issues with their PC. Great value also , didn’t even charge us for the second visit
Excellent service from Jon when I couldn't work out why my laptop was playing up. A phone call to Jon had the problem sorted in less than an hour and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this business.
Excellent service. Great advice; then built and delivered a fast PC in three working days from ordering. And considerably cheaper than it would have cost to buy a pre-built PC.
Can't recommend Jon enough - first he offered me advice to try and fix the problem without needing his services. When it didn't work I was able to get my computer to him the very next day. Jon diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues with a couple of replacement parts I sent him, all for a very reasonable price. He is an expert and also very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely go to Jon for my future PC needs.
