We can't fault Ison Harrison - we recently sold through them then rented for a few weeks before completing our purchase and they were great. Under difficult Covid restrictions both Danielle Pearson and Robyn MacAndrew were always available to speak to, and if not immediately available always called us back very quickly. We were very pleased with the service provided and their costs were very reasonable

Buying a new home and choosing to go with Ison Harrison and I really regret choosing them. They take a week to reply to my emails which they say is their standard response time and response is very slow. How can you wait for a week to know what to do next. I am so frustrated on how things are progressing and I have had to speak to relevant agencies myself to speed up the process and still no response from my solicitor . Pay them to do the work and then you end up doing it yourself.... paying hefty fees...plus you end up paying more than their original quote.The Solicitor's assistant attitude in their new buy team is very appalling!!!!!
