Just been to collect my new bike and to be honest the staff were brilliant. They couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried and were only too pleased to answer my questions. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thankyou.

Can’t fault this place ! I had no difficulty getting into the store as both doors opened inwards automatically . Beware coming back out . Not the largest of stores but it did have a first floor “mezzanine “ which was covered in bicycles and bits for them . There is a set of stairs going up and also a customer lift which carries wheelchair/pushchair . Max weight 400kg .I braved it today and went up to the bike area. I only just fitted into the lift ! When I got to the top I had to open the door and turn 90 degrees to get out and return !!!! It’s fairly easy to find your way around but a member of staff dealt with my request put my goods through the till , then even offered to carry them to the car! Can’t fault the service . Talking of which ther is a covered (tent)fitting bay outside if any customers require bulbs , lights, wipers, radio and the like fitted . There is usually an extra charge for this No WC or restroom

My car battery was flat and not charging fully. I ordered a new one ,which was in stock . I waited only 10 minutes or so and the assistant / mechanic fitted it in a few minutes. He was jovial and friendly and very efficient . He also noted and informed me that my coolant level was low and I purchased a bottle and he topped the reservoir up . As my car is quite complex and some settings need to be reinstated, he helped me to set the windows and boot locking . He waited until,I was happy before waving me off . It doesn’t get much better than this .
