I cannot thank Dr. Andrew Williams and the level of service which I experienced when I attended the practice. The nurse which was with me throughout the journey was a absolute credit to the business. I was extremely apprehensive about the procedure, but the level of care which I received was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment in the future. Once again many thanks for everything that you did for me.

I attended this clinic for laser hair removal but found the reception staff to be incredibly rude. They have never acknowledged me when I enter the clinic and continue their personal conversations before speaking with me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as Mary was fantastic, but unfortunately they have just gone from bad to worse every time I have attended. The atmosphere feels like one of high school bullying and made me very uncomfortable. I had an appointment made for April this year, and understandably had to be cancelled as a result of the national lockdown, but I didn’t receive any communication from GSD and they did not return the 50 deposit for the appointment until I requested it even though the cancelled appointment was not my fault. I understand that these are unprecedented circumstances, but I didn’t expect to be ignored by them nor did I expect rude and abrupt responses when I did contact them about the deposit. It’s a real shame but I would not recommend this clinic and have actually gone elsewhere to continue my treatment.

From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was made welcome by the staff on reception. I have used a beauty salon in the past for laser hair removal, but I wish I had come to Good Skin Days from the start. The clinic is very impressive with all the latest technology and run by professionals. The nurses talked me through the whole process and put me at ease before the treatment. The whole process was painless, and the results are fantastic. I have recommended Good Skin Days to all my friends.
