Have been with Garforth medical centre since I was a child and I am so disappointed in the appalling work ethic from both doctors and receptionist alike not only did it take 5 years to diagnose me with somthing so simple but getting an appointment is nearly impossible the receptionist are rude and unhelpful thinking there higher than everyone else and are juat plain ignore not only that but when you have an appointment especially phone calls your not even guaranteed to get to hear from them. It's an absolute joke and appalling to see from a medical center especially one whitch is so highly regarded and especially in times we are in

Dreadful trying to get appointments. You can never prebook either. I rang yesterday as im suffering tonsillitis so bad. I was told it didn't warrant a home visit. Tonsillitis is flu symptoms and anyone who has had flu knows you struggle to get out of bed. I always get the severe case of it too. Im laid in bed in agony after a very sleepless night with pains everywhere and a head thats thumping. I can't open my eyes properly and I'm told i need to get to the drs if i want anything. Tonsillitis isnt contagious but the flu symptoms are and staying away from people is the safest thing. Thanks for the worst care procedures ever. Terrible system here. Definitely needs a shake up.

Excellent surgery who have a large number of people to deal with. Nurses and doctors overall very good but Dr Staniforth especially has time to listen and find out no matter what and refer where necessary. Couldn’t ask for better care.
