Went to view a car that is still advertised for sale as in “outstanding showroom condition “ The alloys were scratched, there were numerous dents all over the car and a rusty paint chip. The test drive revealed a problem with the gearbox. The salesman agreed there was something wrong with it. Totally wasted afternoon.

Asked for a trade in and I quoted the Parker price. They said that wasn't accurate and offered substantially more! Car salesmen offering more? Replied to emails quickly, handled things when I couldn't find the registration and service log, very friendly, genuine guys. A pleasure to buy from.

The most terrible service I’ve ever seen. People are arrogance, rude and they treat you like an intruder. We bought car 4 weeks ago, seller undertook to repair the roof and bumper (cuz at the moment of collect was more damaged than when we watched it) after 4 weeks, 12 calls and 2 visits we still waiting.
