We have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Bob who has worked very hard to get us the perfect deal on a Jaguar i-pace. Bob has shown us a great deal of patience and flexibility while remaining professional and friendly throughout the process. Meanwhile, Oliver has assisted with many of our questions and requests showing that he is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars. I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had with my car. After my partner took her car in there for servicing I was incredibly impressed with the service. After I initially being unimpressed with some of the sales staff, the sales manager introduced us to Simon Lewis. He was outstanding. Simon gave us great buying advice, timely service and an extremely personable experience. Twice! After my partner bought her new car, I went back and exchanged my car and it’s the best thing I ever did. We now have two fantastic cars and as long as Simon is there we will be going back to this dealership. Also a special mention to the service team who are also excellent and very attentive as well as Gareth the Manager. Thanks Simon! 10/10

The new DEFENDER does NOT disappoint nor has Farnell Leeds. A few teething problems dissolved and resolved quickly and efficaciously. Sales team spot on with a human 5star service as would be expected from JLR.

Good service, very covid secure...but please when issuing a courtesy car, please make sure there is more than a 5 mile range of fuel in them.
