Matt was very nice, polite, honest and professional. Very informative regarding the cleaning and the processes involved. Carpet given a new lease if life and looks very different before and after would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again next time the carpet needs cleaning or upon getting a new carpet and regular cleaning required. Also to note during these times kept mask on and distance and was very covid aware and felt safe with Matt working in our house.

Amazing Service from Matt and Kate. We had two sofas and the carpet throughout the living room and stairs cleaned and the results were fantastic, far better than we ever imagined they would be. They were professional throughout and explained exactly what they were doing and the results that we could expect. Very friendly and great to chat to. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a similar service

Absolutely lovely company. We didn't actually get our carpets cleaned as Matt suggested I return to the landlord to say the carpets weren't worth cleaning and needed replacing. He even sent an email which I could forward to the landlord suggesting this. My landlord was satisfied with his professional judgement and I had no future issue. Matt didn't charge a penny for this even though less honest companies would have just done it regardless and taken the money or at least charged a call out fee. Definitely a reliable, honest company. You can't go wrong with fabricmax. Thank you Matt!

Matt is absolutely brilliant. He took time to survey the carpets and give an honest impression of what he thought he could achieve. He was totally meticulous in his work and wore plastic overshoes the whole time he was in the house. The equipment he used was equally impressive (being fully adjustable to each different type of carpet). Treatments were also applied prior to cleaning. Best of all was the price, especially when you saw how much dirt had been removed (see picture of dirty water below). Honestly, you'd be daft to use anyone else! I was that impressed I've already discussed some other work with him at my office.
