Recently bought a 3 year old used Hyundai from the dealership. Initially I was hesitant to buy from them based on the reviews I found online. However, the we found the process extremely easy. I booked an appointment by phone before arriving and the salesman men me right away. He confirmed the car we wanted to see and took us out to see it. Car was in great condition and had been expertly cleaned. We went for a test drive. The salesman sat with us and didn't even discuss sales and let me get a feel for the car. Very comfortable experience. We got back and decided we wanted the car. Went through the process and this was all simple and effortless (paid up front for the car - no finance). When I went to get the car, I had to change the appointment time. The dealership were fine with this and happy to accommodate. Free coffee / tea / water, the showroom is clean, bright and easily accessible. Overall we are really happy with the service. If you go, ask to speak with Dave - he was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to buy from!
