Ordered my car (berlingo xl)expecting a minimum 12 week wait, which was fine i was expecting that. Got a phone call 5 days later to arrange pickup. Whole process from start to finish has been fantastic, Andy you have made my twins very happy, they absolutely love the new car and so do I. Would recommend to anyone.

If only I could give zero stars. I went in to get my car serviced and was offered an MOT with price match, so thought I may as well kill two birds with one stone. This was a massive mistake. I was shocked to receive the outcome of my MOT in the photos below, totalling over 1500. When I rang them up they said my car needs all the things below fixing before it can pass the MOT, luckily I rang my father who told me to get my car out of there and take it to a different garage as the prices, which can be seen below, are insanely inflated. When I got to Evans Halshaw to pick up my car this was when they finally gave me the actually MOT certificate showing what I actually needed doing (very sneaky of them to hold on to this until me coming to pick the car up). As I was getting the keys to my car the guy working there was trying to stress the fact that I wouldn't get what I need doing cheaper anywhere else. I went to another garage that told me my break discs were fine and they should not have ended up as an advisory on the MOT certificate. To make matters even worse when I went to get my tyres changed they said none of my tyres pressures were correct and there was a 5mm hole in one of my tyres (this should have been picked up in the service and wasn't). I then used their compliant tool (Resolver) to speak to Aaron G to escalate this case and was told that the prices I was given were only as a recommendations and because I did not actually pay for any of the work to be completed, I don't have a case and stated \We deal with 100's of customers per week and I can assure you the level of service we provide is shown on our ratings\. To anyone thinking of getting their car MOT or Service completed at this garage, please think twice.
