I liked connect housing because their properties are clean and safe, I've been in this property for over two years, no household pests, mice, cockroaches and other household pest and no anti social behaviour towards me, nothing like that for over two years. The staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Now that my children are here, I'm bidding for a four bedroom house and I wish and hope to get lucky with one of their properties. I'm so happy in this property because I always feel safe and even when my children are here now, we feel safe. Thanks for all your efforts in helping the communities.

I received a phone call today from a connect housing worker, I am over 70 and self isolating. The call was just to check if I was ok and if Ineeded anything. What a thoughtful and kind thing this was. It brought a tear to my eyes. Thankyou so much. You are the best housing association ever. I am privileged to be a tenant.
