Very good service. We had excellent support from Duncan Edwards from point of sale till delivery. Sofa exceeded our expectations and it is so comfy and looks expensive and of great quality .

Paul and Rob delivered our Gplan vintage sofa today. the service was very professional, the guys pointed out some hidden features of the sofas and left everything tidy. a good job well.done thanks guys and enjoy the fish n chips lunch ;) manhar originally sold the sofas to us and we are impressed by his patience and suggestions even staying past closing to make sure out order went through smoothly. all in all very professional. we are happy customers.

Yesterday afternoon my husband and I visited the store in the hope of buying a new bed. The lady was on the phone when we started looking around, she didn’t acknowledge us at all, continued her conversation with what sounded like another colleague. After about 10 to 15 minutes she finished her conversation and came over and asked how she could help. We told her our requirements and she gave us her opinions and recommendations and suggested we look at two particular beds. At this point another customer appeared and was asked if she needed help, the lady said yes, she had bought another bed from her recently and was back for another and at this point we obviously must have disappeared into the ether. From that point on we were totally ignored, not the customer service I expected from a store which purports to have an excellent reputation. We did continue to browse, but as we had become invisible we left and went elsewhere where the service was impeccable.
