Been trying to get hold of someone for weeks now, no communications. We want to cancel our contract as there 'spec check' tool is very poor. We have request to cancel 3 times, to no avail.

Made a phone call was answered and dealt with straightaway, All seems good so far , Its a 3 to 5 day wait now so fingers crossed all should be sorted
getting through on the phone to speak to accounts takes ages, be warned and have a crossword handy
