Leeds Building Society

This review relates to my visit on Saturday 29 December 2019. I arrived quite late at the branch with limited information and a request to close an old account due to my relocation to Australia. In my experience, most companies make things very difficult for customers in this situation but the staff here were not concerned about the time, were beyond helpful and very professional and friendly too. Truly customer service at its best and a great advert for Leeds Building Society! I hope the gentleman and lady that served me are recognised for their efforts. Diolch yn fawr!
