Had a replacement clutch fitted 18/2/21. As a first time customer decided on Brooklands as a result of mostly positive reviews on various sites. Received excellent friendly efficient service from booking in and driving away with new clutch at a very reasonable price 100-200 below similiar garages. Reece in the service dept dealt with our repair,he was friendly helpful and kept me informed as to what was happening. can only comment on our service and will use them again.

Brilliant Garage!! They did me a much better than my finance company were offering and in 6 hours from turning up to driving away in a car that is imaculate in everyway. I cant thank them enough! I also get perks like free MOT for life etc. I want to give a huge thank you to John a great salesman that I found very honest and friendly also a thanks to the owner although regrettably I have forrgotten his name. I first visited Brooklands Motor Group a couple of weeks back when I had an issue with my electric window. The team down at Brooklands were extremely helpful and managed to fix the issue very promptly and when I went to pick my car up they had also cleaned it too - amazing! After receiving such great customer service, I then took my car back for a full service and MOT yesterday. When I was contacted to be told my car was ready to pick up, Reece explained everything they had done to my car and having this information was really reassuring. I would highly recommend this garage, the team and the service that they deliver are all 5*. Thank you very much!
