Called Paul for a plumbing job. As soon as Paul arrived at my house with his assistant, he immediately said \Put the kettle on love\. My question to Paul is, are you coming over to do some work for me, or for a free tea/coffee. Paul then left his assistant to do the plumbing job whilst he was on the phone. Paul did not check the quality of work that his assistant did and left my house. I thought I would give Paul another chance when my shower suddenly packed up. I called him and he quoted me an extortionate and silly price to come over and change it. Politely I just said no thanks and put down the phone.

Excellent service. Came out to us within the hour on what was a busy, freezing Saturday. Was already fully booked but squeezed us in. Knew what the issue was straight away and fixed in 10 minutes. Showed us what to do if happens again to save us another call out. Will definitely use again.
Great service. I called late in the morning to report a leak in my kitchen ceiling (the shower is directly above it) and although they were busy that day, they managed to squeeze us in that evening. They quickly attended to the problem. There were gaps in the sealant around the shower, leading to the leak, so they sealed it up. Quick and efficient. The ceiling is no longer leaking. Thanks guys!
Great service arrived within the hour friendly and professional. Fixed boiler no problem and did not charge the earth. Would definitely recommend.
Called Paul out at very short notice to fix a problem with our hot water tap. All sorted within the hour at a very competitive cost. Will definitely be using Paul in the future.
