New staff since covid 19 shut down, didn't really like them when our car needed service, the staff said they repaired a puncture even though our car has puncture warning lights and expected a higher rating for this but there was also no evidence of this in any of the paper work. When we picked up the car last year we were also told that there would be map updates included in the service only to be informed by new staff that this isn't the case.

From making the initial enquiry yesterday about a car on the mobility scheme to signing on the dotted line today the process took less than 24 hours, it would have been quicker but the man that deals with the motobility side was on a day off, Paul Mac got back to us this morning arranged a time to go down to the showroom had a veiwing of the car we wanted and the job was done and dusted quick efficient and courteous service from Paul Mac at Bennett Renault Leeds 5 stars for 5 star treatment well done Bennett Renault and particularly Paul Mac

We got our second PCP deal and we dealt with Jamal who was very friendly, helped us get a good offer and did a great job in the post sale service. They are also very flexible with booking appointments for service etc. 100% recommend

Mark in servicing was great, I had to change the day and no issue, then when we took it down we got there too early and he happened to arrive early too and sorted things. Quick to let us know when the service was done and friendly throughout.
