Absolute disgrace. As a creditor the Leeds office has a duty of care. They were absolutely rubbish. Ignored emails for request of report which they were legally entitled to supply me. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I got so angry at my treatment that I purchased a share in their company and will be contacting the board of directors to explain how I was treated with utter contempt when I requested my file which they should have supplied anyway under the days protection act. Horrible people to deal with.

Joke of a company, who provide incorrect information to HMRC, then ignore their responsibility to rectify. Richard Kenworthy was the one dealing with my case, who has now decided to ignore the problems they have caused completely. Avoid!

Terrible! joke of a company only interested in paying themselves and making the process as long as possible. Feel totally let down by them and how they handled this situation. They couldn't care less about creditors.
