Nice area
Amazing location and amazing community!
New housing development, located in a well sought after neighbourhood. Love the area and would have loved to move in, was it not for the following deal breakers; The housing units are not only squeezed, but also have very small rooms, with some properties listed as 3 - 4 bedrooms, but with one of the bedrooms not even fit for purpose, as you can hardly fit in a bed, let anything else. Some also hardly have anything to call a kitchen, as there is very limited room for even one person to fit in. It's indisputable that profits are the main driving factor for the developer, but please do consider that people are normally buying a place to call home, meaning not only functional but convenient enough to meet the basic needs.
A lovely estate in a very friendly and pleasant village, backing onto nice walks by the river and the nature reserve. Good quality houses with a variety of styles.
