Really impressed with the work Alton did on my Tesla. After some clumsy buffoon reversed into it, it had 2 panels scuffed down 1 side and a chunk out of one of the alloy wheels. They had the engineer's report to the insurer inside a day, job done inside a week, plus delivered it back to my house fully valeted. The repair work is perfect; impossible to tell there was ever any damage in the first place. Very impressed!

not impressed, car was collected on thursday 13/09/18 dropped off there that day , on monday 17/09/18 was told car was a total loss , car was going to be collected on the 19/09/18 by copart, phoned ims 18/09/18 to buy my car back was able to buy it back go collect it , phoned alton cars to say i still own the car and will collect 19/09/18 went to go collect the car was given key taped up with masking tape , car was all locked up, had to manually unlock it with key went to car removed punctured wheel from car, to get a tyre put on it no spare, locked car back up when returning noticed that my key did,nt look wright, went into office over key was told to phone my insurance went home to get a friend to drive the car home came back to collect the car would not start, opened bonnet to find battery disconnected and parts stolen battery as been replaced with a older 1 date on it is 2013 my car is a 2015 battery holder bracket gone, screen wash cap gone , head light bulbs and holders gone , and key fob as been messed with as it was a nearly new key , not impressed that parts have been stolen from my car what sort of company is this

Had my car repaired here during the lockdown period so I was informed straightaway they were working on skeleton staff and timescales were an estimate. They gave me a provisional date for my repairs and kept me informed me regularly on my repairs. Ready a day early and delivered to me looking immaculate. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Terrible receptionist, asked to move around in a non clear signs in entrance, because of covid ,her facial impression like she is treating a homeless full of infections.
