I spoke to someone a while ago and I thought to myself this has to be the worst company that has every contacted me he was so rude!!! I then received another letter stating that I was being taken to court and then I spoke to Patrick who explained to me why I was in debt and how it came about I had no idea about it he even went as far as to offer me a discount so I could pay it and get it over with unlike the previous person He was really understanding of my situation as I am going through a divorce! I would like to thank him for his help through a difficult time for me! Very much appreciated Patrick!!

This shame company has sent me a letter through the post demanding money from HMRC....I haven't worked in 8 months!!! Fuming. These people are disgusting.

Spoke to a customer called ben who advised he will take me to court if i do not pay my bill however i did not owe anything! it took me to cry for him to then apologise and offer me a discount! great help ben.
