Nothing but praise for these guys. I needed to get some specific webbing clips for my existing canopy and hadn't been able to find them anywhere. After sending a picture to Ally at Tecsew, not only did she locate them, but sent me some free of charge despite me offering to pay for them ... They arrived in the post the next day. Great customer service and the first place I'll be going when I need a new canopy ... Thanks Ally.

Absolutely excellent service - again. Through my own stupidity, I damaged our Bimini. I called Tecsew, explained the problem to Allie and she had two of their technicians round the same afternoon. They picked up the damaged canvas and we received an amazingly cheap quote later that evening.
