Fantastic Academy for all levels. Mixed martial Arts with a military style. Great for fitness and confidence. Top instructors including current sparring champion. Great for kids. Train 1-6 days per week. Specialist classes available too that focus on tricking, pad work, etc. My kids love it.

Excellent martial arts academy. My kids love it and their levels of self discipline seemed to start improving as soon as they joined. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with addictive attitudes to martial arts!
