Fantastic Gang So - after picking up the caravan we has some issues with heating and hot water over the weekend, phoned and explained the situ, which was quickly dealt with on the Monday by two engineers and the manager visiting the site we were staying at to remedy, this done we had a nice week away, but we needed to return the caravan for a specialist to look at the air con. We have just had a call to say that they are replacing the air con unit as it is not viable for replacement parts at a cost of 1900 to themselves, what customer service?? If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would
Just ordered our third caravan from Lee Davey Caravans Ltd and as usual we received a professional and friendly service from their staff, especially Patrick who we have dealt with since 2012 and Chris, answering all our technical questions! Listening to our requirements and going out of their way to help us get the best deal on the caravan of our dreams! Also knowing that the after sales service is just as good gives us even more confidence in Lee Davey! Looking forward to picking up our new caravan!!
Mark was very helpful when we were choosing a caravan. He let us look at 4 different caravans. We chose a Coachman twin axle without a fixed bed. We would tell anyone who wanted to buy a caravan speak to them first they are brilliant. Picking up the new caravan in October.
