I was in line today for XBox Series X and my experience went well. The line was organized. They followed the COVID protocol. All the employees were friendly. The manager is friendly as well and helpful. Thank you.
Very poor customer service. I made a purchase and was told they would email me a receipt. I provided the email address and never received a receipt. When I phoned and asked if they could resend the receipt, I was told that it was impossible to do, that I could not get receipt. REALLY? This is an electronic store. Now I have product to return but cannot do it because I have not got a receipt. Will never be going there again.
