I had not, nor ever intended getting a sleep ap machine The staff here is extremely competent at what they do. I felt very comfortable and safe entering this store knowing that my health was their first priority. I was also allowed to take as long as I needed to test fit and finally get the right mask for me. Professional and qualified

Slow start for getting used to using the equipment but Keisha has been awesome and listened to my concerns and has been working to help me the whole way! Definitely appreciating all the help and care!
Drove a friend there to find out about getting a sleep apnea system. As other reviewers have mentioned they are not very friendly. When dealing anywhere customer service is very important. Even more so when dealing with people who are sick or needing help with their health. Plenty of good places that have qualified, friendly staff. This place unfortunately hasn’t arrived yet. Sean
Booked appointment through referral from a Leduc doctor. 24 hours before the appointment got the notification that it was the wrong time written down from my original phone call and the time in my phone. Left a voicemail and got a call back. Spoke with a lady over the phone and got no empathy or problem solving from her. She wouldn’t even try to solve the problem even though I struggled not taking my medication for the last 12 hours for this appointment... really disappointed in the professionalism, empathy and simply not caring about the individual. Worst part is, all it would have taken is, “yes me Sherrer, I will try and solve this problem and call you back, if it doesn’t work out can we reschedule?” And it would have been smooth. But I got a chuckle and a no. Would not recommend this company to anyone, will be telling my physicians office about my experience and rebook with a company a little more professional. It’s nice to see that their google ratIngs are showing a consistent pattern with their owner only commenting on the good reviews. Shows character.
Would do zero stars if I could. Staff needs to be trained how to deal with patients needs and offer more support. June 18th my mother was yelled and from a staff member who declined to open the door unless my mom had purchased something prior at the store. (Side note she has paid 3,000 at this store this year and simply wanted to purchase another part for her machine. Our family will NOT be returning or purchase from here again.
LOVE the staff at Sleep FX in Leduc. I have been dealing with them for 5 yrs now and it feels like visiting with family when I go in. Brett, Keisha, Irene and Carrie are literally THE BEST!!! Recently they have changed the way things are done due to Covid19, which is totally understandable and I felt very comfortable with current procedures. Just the greatest group of people to deal with!!!!
Having dealt with SleepFX Leduc for several years, I can say that they've taken very good care of me. Bret, Keisha and all the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable keeping me up-to-date on any equipment upgrades and follow-up appointments. I highly recommend this location if you have any sleep apnea concerns - A1
I was extremely happy with the service that I received from Sleep FX Leduc. The staff have always gone above and beyond for me. I have been always felt welcomed and never like a burden. Carrie has always greeted me with a smile. Kiesha, Brett and Irene have never made me feel like a patient, but like a friend, Their precautions they have taken during covid made me feel completely at ease. I found them to be upfront and honest about prices and accommodating to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
