Phone was lost/ stolen when at hospital. Found our the insurance we were paying did not cover it. Was not told the insurance did not cover a lost or stolen phone when the insurance was purchased. Also thought staff was not very supportive or friendly. Reply to this comment was as useful as the insurance. Not useful at all. I feel I should have been told it didn't cover theft before the insurance was bought. Never was although stolen or lost phones was discussed.

The staff here were efficient and knowledgeable. They quickly helped me with my issue. It was clear they were conscious of cleaning the store and keeping customers safe during COVID, which was great. Would recommend this store to everyone!

Terrible support, you're on your own if you have any issues. Brand new pixel 4a failed 10 days after purchase and they won't replace or return it

Terrible service. If I could go back a few weeks I would not have stopped here to renew my plan. I was told by the young girl working there that I had 30 days (not 15 but 30) to bring my phone back if I had any issues or didn't like it. Well it is day 23 and the guy who answered the phone said it's 15 days and he couldn't help me. So sick of Telus and there poor service to long term customers. Called 611 as he instructed and they hung up on me after 35min on hold. So frustrating.
