I dealt with Bethany on Boxing Day. As you can imagine it was a busy time but she handled it all with ease. After having enough of TELUS we decided to try Bell. I went to this location to set up a new account as well as get a new phone. Bethany made sure I got exactly what I wanted and that everything was working properly before I left. Great service, knowledgeable and professional.
The staff here were very accommodating when I came in for a replacement phone. There had been some confusion as to what I was eligible for. I came in on my lunch break. After being on hold with the customer service end for over an hour, I had to go back to work. Bethany stayed on hold for me and continued to try and resolve the situation even while I was gone. She emailed me the next day with a headache free solution. I am so appreciative of how they handled my frustrations. They were calm, professional and respectful. Thank you!!!!
I just wanted to say something worth sharing. Amazing company. I came from 15 years of Rogers. And when they didn't want to keep me as a loyal customer, I started searching, like a savy person would. Not only did they let me upgrade my phone for free. (new customer) my phone bill is 60% less of what it was with Rogers. Bell. You are good people. Good service. Especially when it comes to your ladies in the Leduc common location. They know their stuff! I only have good things to say being a happy customer. Thank you again.
Just a heads up to anymore who decided that the phone they picked isn't the right one for them make sure you take it in on a day when the manager is in. I took mine in when two staff members were working and they said the phone looked good to return but after the final look they found a scratch but said it blended in with the colour of the phone so it was hard to tell so they tried to send a picture to the manager but without being able to reach her they asked for me to come back Monday. I asked them to keep the phone at the shop. Anyhow. I called the bell to see if they spoke with the manage and they said she will look it over on the Monday as they have a 5 second rule. If they don't see the scratch in 5 seconds they can return the phone!!! Well excuse me but your staff didn't see it in 5 seconds when I first brought it in so you should return my damn phone.... anyhow now since the manager knows there is a scratch ofcourse she is going to see this scratch right!!! Long story short. They won't return my phone because of this \minor\ scratch I can't see. Be aware!!!!!
