The web site is well set out. Orders are securely packaged and delivery is prompt. A bulb failed and it took a couple of weeks and a reminder to send a replacement but this was over the Xmas period and in the midst of Covid 19 so not a problem.

I did not actually purchase from this company but I did email them asking for some advice. I was amazed how detailed their reply was, normally you get a brief reply, but they went into detail with possible solutions, with links and did not once ask me to purchase from them. Thanks for the assistance.
Good products and great customer service. I've ordered a few bulbs in the past. This time I had a single bulb fail quite quickly and they had a replacement out to me immediately.
Returned items to them for a refund. They confirmed by email that they have received them but still no refund over two weeks later. They now do not reply to emails and the phone is just an answering machine. Their ‘live chat’ on the website says they are live but no one ever replies on it. Beware of this company. Wondering if they’ve gone bust?
Spent over 100 here on new LED bulbs for the house. Within weeks almost half of them are fused/dead and Ledlam won’t honour their 5yr warranty!! They replied saying that no one else has reported problems and now they have stopped replying to me. Bunch of scammers. Looks like a professional site but it’s just one guy managing it all when you check on companies house.
