Excellent small restaurant in the Loire Valley. The chef tends to change dishes as the seasons change and use local ingredients. Attentive service. Probably my most memorable meal in France. The place deserves a Michelin star.

Very good gastronomic restaurant! Special dishes changed according to the seasonal material. Very enthusiastic service (which is really rare in Paris). We have passed a pretty lovely night. Recommended.

Booking is a must in this very friendly and relaxed establishment. A calming atmosphere and attentive but non intrusive waiting staff made service an effortless experience. Food was exceptional and well priced. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Would absolutely return for further entertainment.

Menu changes frequently, they do have English menu. worth to visit if in Amboise. We have lunch menu: mussels/ trout or veal/dessert.
The waiters were very polite; I had the three course lunch offer which was very tasty and filling; 23 including service. I was in a hurry so I couldn't enjoy the meal in my own pace but the waiters picked up on this (eventually) and served me a bit quicker
Really great food (there’s an ambitious chef in that kitchen!) and a fantastic wine list. The only thing I’m not sure about are the high chairs: they’re stiff and rather uncomfortable. But that’s an easy one: next time, we will just book ahead. Because there will definitely be a next time!!! Bookmark it. Go there!
