It's one of the best places for family time as it caters for children. Easy access and gives the children the camping experience they dream off. High standard lodges. Well maintained and looks new. Modern kitchen and mend to relax balconies. Worth the money. Food good quality. Served by happy faces. Have reviewed several places but this one worth visiting. The grass or playgrounds well maintained. Brying stands outside each lodge. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. I can carry on and on.

Just returned from an amazing Autumn midweek break. We really couldn't have asked for more. The site, lodge and food exceeded all expectations and the staff are simply wonderful. We stayed in Gala lodge which was spacious, immaculate and oh so wonderfully welcoming. Fabulous daily dins on offer in Apple Press Lodge and extremely fairly priced drinks at the bar. We cannot thank the staff enough for their warm hospitality, friendly chats, local knowledge/advice and efficiency. Always service with a smile and all team members are an exceptional asset to the Partnership. Although this was our first stay, it most certainly won't be our last. Really cannot recommend highly enough and looking forward to our next time already. Huge thanks Team Leckford!

Located on a working farm the lodges provide comfortable spaces for four to six guests in double or twin rooms. Equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and cooking utensils. There are also dining table and chairs along with lounge area with TV. The bathroom is huge and towels are provided. The Applepress restaurant does breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a camping area on the site. The reception sells basic groceries for anything you've forgotten and there is a games/TV room to keep entertained. Only open to John Lewis Partnership Partners and their guests.
John Lewis Partners and their guests only. Not open to the public. Campsite with hard standings and electric hook-up for tents and vans. Chemical toilet point. Pre-erected tents for hire and 'glampng' tents. Next door to the campsite are 12 'scandinavian' log cabins, some 2 and some 3 bedrooms. Cabins double glazed with central heating and have a lounge, kitchen diner. Dining hall for those who don't want to cook. Loads to see locally, so great holiday venue.
