Worst massage I've ever had! I have had massages all over the world and booked this place based on the amazing reviews. I booked the 60 minute full body relax. What went wrong? 1) The masseuse didn't even know how to set up the towels on the bed. This was the first warning sign. 2) No explanation as to what to wear, what to take off etc 3) Massage started and I was not asked if the pressure was ok 4) Immediately slathered with an inane amount of oil (a regular rookie mistake) 5) Proceeded to essentially tickle me and rub hands gently around my body in absolutely bizarre ways 6) I had requested upper body only however she proceeded to rub oil and start rubbing hands on my legs 7) Just overall obvious that no massage techniques were being applied, just someone rubbing hands on me and hoping it felt good After 10 minutes my head and neck were actually hurting from the awkward way my head was resting on the massage table, where the necktray had not been set up at all. 20 minutes in and I was in actual pain and requested to cut the massage short. I've never had to do this in my life. I went to the front desk and explained that this clearly wasn't a massage and I wasn't happy. She said I could pay 30 euros rather than the full 60 for the hour. How generous to make me pay to be put in pain. I requested to see the certificate showing this was a qualified masseuse, as it was completely obvious she was not (I suspect they asked one the the nail technicians to massage me. I can only assume this based on the other good reviews here). She could not provide this, therefore proving my point. I said I am therefore not paying. She said I had to pay 25 euros. I said that is not reasonable. The owner then LOCKED ME IN THE PROPERTY UNTIL I PAID. No negotiation. No fairness. Simply stating, you will pay for your torture or you will remain here. I paid the 25 euros and left, telling them I would write this review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Consigliato da un mio carissimo amico,mi sono diretto in questo posto per passare una giornata incompleto relax,,è devo dire....che dopo aver fatto il percorso nella spa...è stato tutto magnifico,,il personale attento a tutte l'esigenze del cliente,,competente in tutto...lo consiglio vivamente...è ci ritornerò sicuro...!
