Great place to visit. Free entry. They've got apples, cider, fritters and pies. A nice pumpkin patch. Family friendly with outdoor seating and fire rings. They had live music and a bar. Plus, they're dog friendly too. Lots of cute, well-behaved doggos there.

As a displaced New England Yankee, I have high standards for apple orchards. HVO has been a treasure. Apple fritters, cider donuts, strolling through the trees on weekend afternoons. The amount of different kinds and well sorted apples for baking or eating with advice on what to use them for is fantastic! A wonderful atmosphere with families, leashed dogs, picnics and great food. And beer!

The new HVO is a find. I have lived in Lebanon for over 25 years and haven't been to the pumpkin farms since my kids have grown. We went today and was so impressed with the various items for sale and also the amazing back walking areas scattered with tables and sitting. And a bar area??? YES!!

We had such a fun day at HVO. AWESOME live music, super yummy food in a beautiful setting. Prices were reasonable and the staff was so nice. Beautiful Sunday afternoon. And the best part...we could bring Tucker!

Though fairly busy and somewhat a pain to get into from 48 due to traffic, there are plenty of places to space out. There is a pumpkin patch in the back as well as places to simply walk, benches and tables in between rows of orchard trees, a play place for kids, pretty much something for everyone in the family. Alcoholic drinks are provided in one building, cider, donuts, and foods in another, and even an ice cream stand. All in all, wait times are low, service is good, workers are friendly, and you can find some place that you can relax.
