I was hesitant because of some of the other reviews but honestly can not understand where they are coming from. We had a great experience! The amount of time we had was fantastic. The guides were professional and helpful. The lady at the front desk was also super helpful and responded really fast when I called with questions. I would recommend them to my friends.

Do not, I repeat do not rent from this company. Customer service was horrible. No one available at front desk and no one answers your call. We were told to fill out a waiver that included a safety video that we didn't even watch. Then they had us drive to a location that was far away and sketchy looking. The person who told us to follow him never introduced himself. He drove too fast and eventually lost us. We ended up turning around and wanted to cancel. We didn't feel safe. They failed to communicate many things to us. Be aware that your 500 damage deposit for each snowmobile would be on hold for 3 full days. They didn't give us any money back, nor did they apologize for such poor service.

Definitely worth the trip. Either bring your own or you can obviously rent.. Went with a group on the last day of the season. The sights are beautiful! If you can, definitely go up to Trinity and check it out. Trails are taken care of and the maps are very easy to use. Also, make sure to grab some food at the 59er Diner. They make bomb shakes, just ask for Flo! ;)

It was easy to book online. The two times I called to ask a question they called me back within 12-24 hours. The customer service was helpful in answering my questions. We were given a helmet and a map to get to the snowmobiles (Fish Lake). We ultimately didn’t book a guide and I’m happy we didn’t because it was easy enough to ride around the sno park without one. The trails were fresh and we had a blast! I highly recommend this place! Some of the reviews on here state the video was hard to find. Once you book your snowmobiling they send a confirmation and receipt. In the confirmation it clearly shows to sign a waiver. You cannot sign the waiver without watching the video. Watch the video and sign the waiver beforehand. It saves time and you might now have service on your mobile.
